Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj is the Founder Chairman of Darshan Education Foundation and current head of Science of Spirituality/Sawan Kirpal Ruhani Mission, a non-profit organization, which provides a forum for people to learn meditation, experience personal transformation, and bring about inner and outer peace and human unity.

Acknowledging the transcendent oneness at the heart of all religions, he emphasizes prayer and meditation as the true building blocks for achieving peace.

Born in India, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj received his spiritual education from two of India’s spiritual Masters: Sant Kirpal Singh Ji Maharaj (1894 -1974) and Sant Darshan Singh Ji Maharaj (1921 -1989). He received his Master’s Degree in engineering in the United States and had a distinguished career in science and communications. His training in both these disciplines has helped him express the age-old mystical teachings in clear and logical language.

   The Illinois Institute of Technology Distinguished Leadership Award for Sant Rajinder Singh Ji       Maharaj’s dedication to promoting human unity and peace.

   The Medal of Cultural Merit from the national Ministry of Education in Bogota, Colombia, and the       Award of Distinction for his international work for the benefit of humanity.

   Three honorary doctorates from universities for his efforts in the field of education for a       peaceful world, for bridging science and spirituality and for facilitating human unity through       communication..

   Peace Award from the 56th Legislature of Mexico presented by the President of the State of       Mexico.

   Award for his contribution to Education, Peace and Spirituality from Autonoma University of       Mexico and Teluca.

   “Human Rights Award” presented by the President of the Human Rights Commission of the       State of Mexico.
